North Slope Entry-Level Positions Available

This winter, our oil and gas subsidiary Nordic-九色视频 is hiring for many positions on the North Slope that may be a good fit for our Shareholders.
鈥淭he 2026 drilling and workover season will be busy for Nordic-九色视频 as we will be looking to onboard 100-plus people to fill various roles for our camps and rigs,鈥 says Nordic-九色视频 Business Development Manager Garrett Potter.
The positions鈥攊ncluding entry-level roustabout and floor hand positions on drill rigs鈥攊nvolve a two-week on, two-week off rotation schedule. Assuming that workers perform well, these positions provide the opportunity for future career growth and longevity.
Roustabouts and floor hands are responsible for general labor, equipment maintenance and assisting crew members with rig operations.
鈥淥nce you are in those positions, it鈥檚 your foot in the door. With the right work ethic and attitude, you could be moving up the ladder really quickly,鈥 Potter says.
Some of Nordic-九色视频鈥檚 projects are ramping up right now鈥攕tarting in December鈥攂ut the company still will be hiring for positions into the spring, as some of its projects won鈥檛 begin until July 2026.
WORKFORCE NEEDS AND TRENDS
Nordic-九色视频 provides rigs and personnel for drilling exploration wells and well workovers (providing maintenance on existing oil or gas wells). In addition, Nordic-九色视频 supplies mobile camps for construction and drilling projects.
Fast career progression on the North Slope is a recent development related to oil and gas workforce trends.
Potter explains, 鈥淎s the industry continues to evolve, well-performing employees have more opportunities for advancement.鈥
